Refund Policy

Shipping: orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier, the shipping timeline is based on the method chosen at check-out. You may track your order using the tracking number that will be supplied in the shipping confirmation email or SMS message (depending on your selected method of preferred communication). Any issue with delivery, please contact the carrier first as they will be able to best advise on the whereabouts of your package and coordinate efforts to deliver it to you. If your package is deemed lost/missing, they will most likely have you submit a claim or file for an investigation. We do not offer international shipping.

Refunds: We have a 7-day return policy To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Clearance items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
